Contradictory

[edit]

I've never understood the Takeover pages. It seems that every event, it seems okay to post the matches that have been confirmed at the tapings before they're aired on NXT TV. Yet, if such things happen on a main roster PPV, the matches are removed until confirmed either on TV or on wwe.com - what makes the Takeover pages exempt to spoilers and such? 81.129.137.165 (talk) 09:19, 15 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There shouldn't be any contradictions. If matches are officially announced at any TV taping, whether it's Raw, SmackDown or NXT, then the matches should be added to the PPV pages. As long as there is a verified source confirming the announcements took place at the tapings. Now that Raw and SmackDown are both live, that shouldn't be an issue with the main roster any longer. Move completed. Ticketmaster and WWE.com are also both referring to the event simply as "TakeOver: Brooklyn II". OldSkool01 (talk) 05:49, 29 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

DIY - Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa

[edit]

Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa don't actually get announced as "DIY." It is an unofficial name. Unless you can verify that they actual get announced as that, it will be removed. Mr. C.C.Hey yo!I didn't do it! 06:40, 10 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
