What's China's relevance to the failed NXP/Qualcomm merger?
[edit]Both here and in the Qualcomm article, there are references to Chinese authorities not approving of buyouts/mergers, but neither NXP nor Qualcomm are Chinese corporations. Could definitely use a bit of an explanation, there. 98.209.242.183 (talk) 02:21, 17 April 2023 (UTC)
