have placed in copyvio again do not see where there is attribution[2]?--Ozzie10aaaa (talk) 22:54, 29 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Ozzie10aaaa: The attribution is at the bottom of the page; please scroll to the bottom of this revision, where the public domain sources are attributed. Please let me know if I've missed something. Thine Antique Pen (talk) 22:58, 29 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia:Copying_text_from_other_sources was under the impression it needs to be so noted in the edit summary?--Ozzie10aaaa (talk) 23:20, 29 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Per WP:PLAG#Where to place attribution, it is sufficient to place an attribution template in the references section of the article. It is good practice to attribute the content in the edit summary as well, which is why I provided a link to the page this article was copied from in my edit summary when removing the {{copyvio}} template, but this is not required. Attribution in the edit summary is required when copying between Wikipedia articles (including foreign-language wikis), as mentioned at WP:COPYPASTE.
