Novin Investment Bank

[edit]

Nowhere on Eghtesad Novin Bank's website does the acronym NIB appear. The bank refers to itself as "EN Bank". Suggest removing the Novin Investment Bank entry unless corroborating text is found. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.226.197.230 (talk) 20:20, 2 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Nibs" graffiti artist

[edit]

I don't see anything on google about nibs from manchester. Most likely just somebody trying to get some recognition, or trying to show they have "street cred". It doesn't link to any page, i doubt anyone looking for "Nibs" was looking for the supposed graffiti artist, and I'm pretty sure if they were they wouldn't look to wikipedia unless he was some political activist or something.

I'm gonna go ahead and take it out for now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Indalcecio (talkcontribs) 18:40, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"NIB" journalistic jargon/acronym

[edit]

Can I suggest adding * NIB, acronym used in journalism meaning "News In Brief" ? A useful citation would be: www.thenewsmanual.net/Resources/glossary.html#N where it explains that NIB is a collection of short (one or two paragraph) summary news articles, also known as "news round-ups". 86.138.46.52 (talk) 15:15, 19 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
