Thoughts

This is an extremely unsatisfactory article for our readers. It states that this conversion is possible with "several" methods, but it only mentions one. It doesn't actually describe that one method, but it links to an existing description of it, which would be okay if there was just more to talk about. At this time, I would have to recommend converting it into redirect to the Powerset construction article. The page creator has stated that the article in its current state doesn't require any sources because it would be akin to citing that the sky is blue. I disagree. A lay person who is just being introduced to this topic wouldn't know that there are "several" methods for doing this conversion, and without a citation, the information is not verifiable. For full disclosure, I am not familiar with this topic at all, but it does not seem to me that it conveys any more encyclopedic information than the Powerset construction article already does.
