The opening sentence of the 'Description section reads: 'Mystacodon probably measured around 3.75 or 4 m (12.3 or 13.1 ft) in length, which is larger than nearly all contemporaneous baleen whales.' However, as Mystacodon was the oldest (proto)-baleen whale, there would have been no 'contemporaneous baleen whales'. The sentence should be revised to reflect this inaccuracy.
