If one reads the history of edits for Myles Conolly, it is apparent that the first entry was by his grandson Jack Connolly who wrote:
"Myles Connolly was my grandfather. A number of his works have been proclaimed to be of the highest quality. I remember many times watching [Hans Christian Andersen] http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Hans_Christian_Andersen_%28film%29 just to see his name in the writer's credits. One in particular was his book, Mr. Blue [1]"
His entry was obviously not encyclopaedic and it was all first hand knowledge, so the page was immediately marked for deletion. After a few tried to help keep the page afloat, Mr. Connolly finally gave up and blanked the page. He has no page associated with his username anymore. Now, thankfully, that others have tracked down Wikipedia-appropriate information about Myles Connolly, it would be nice to find out if Jack Connolly has any other materials about his grandfater, including articles as well as photos that he might allow Wikipedia to use. Does anybody know how to contact Jack Connolly any more? Thanks! Taram (talk) 23:27, 22 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
