if anyone reading this knows more about this piece, please improve the article. specific information that might be important:
- any significant performances
- things the composer has said about the piece
- analysis based on whatever methods are currently used to analyze mid-to-late 20th century minimalism
please do not include your personal opinion, unless it is part of a "these are what critics say about the piece" section. if you do choose to do this, please try and present all relevant opinions as presented the authors, and cite the source of those opinions. where applicable, include quotations.
in this spirit, that new yorker quote is good, but the actual source should be cited, e.g. with the date and volume/issue number.

Change in recording?
[edit]Has there been any variation in the several releases of music in twelve parts? Its my understanding that the recent re-issue has extra vocals on some of the pieces.--Redblossom (talk) 09:13, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
