Could some text be added about Muso Gonnosuke and his Jikishinkage-ryu training? Differents texts mention this: http://www.google.com/search?q=Gonnosuke+jikishinkage-ryu

Thank you very much.

Well, at least one source says Gonnosuke trained in Kashima Shinto-ryu, another text (which I've now added in the article), says it was Jikishinkage-ryu....Since we have multiple sources claiming different ryu, I'll have to be diplomatic about it. Fred26 09:33, 3 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Revamp on its way

[edit]

As stated on the main SMR-article, as soon as I'm finished with the SMR and adjacent articles I'll come here and bring it up to speed with proper sourcing & referencing. Fred26 21:01, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Suigetsu

[edit]

I wonder if it's know if the suigetsu of Gonnosuke's vision was really referring to the solar plexus or rather the buddhist concept of "watery moon" (水月) frequently encountered in koryu arts? Ajjunn (talk) 13:47, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
