Becky Godden-Edwards murder trial
[edit]The case is back in the news with Christopher Halliwell on trial at Bristol Crown Court for the alleged murder of Becky Godden-Edwards.[1] This article is about the murder of Sian O'Callaghan, but there is some overlap between the two cases.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 16:55, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Re this edit: the source given is similar to a personal blog or genealogy website. While the information may be correct, it isn't a blue chip source. As for the photo, it isn't adding a great deal of understanding and has a range of WP:NFCC issues. This article is about the murder, not a biography of O'Callaghan.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 05:08, 10 July 2017 (UTC)
Timeline
[edit]This section is odd, because it doesn't mention the time when the body is discovered, at least not until the "discovery" subsection. The "discovery" subsection doesn't say what led the Police to Uffington, and away from Savernake Forest; they're searching in Savernake, with a gang of volunteers, then suddenly they call off the volunteers, and it later turns out they found the body 30 miles away.
How did her mobile come to be in Savernake Forest? Was the mobile ever found?
I mean, one can surmise. But it feels as if there are facts about this that are being concealed (I mean by us editors), in a coy sort of way.
I haven't checked the references yet; perhaps the answers are to be found there.
