Second degree murder
[edit]New York is the only state I know of that premeditated murder is only a second-degree felony with a 15yr prison sentence. I personally know of a person who did 8 yrs in New York for murder and got out on parole. Then moved to Florida and killed two more people. One of them was a friend of mine. If you intentionally murder someone life in prison is only just. A life for a life. Not 15yrs in prison. What kind of Justice is that? New York law makes America more dangerous for everyone. 108.190.148.96 (talk) 01:19, 15 December 2024 (UTC)
