Although I deprodded this article and then expanded it, it probably still lacks notability. I think the best thing to do with it is to gather all the Muniz aircraft designs into Muniz aircraft (currently a redlink). They are not very notable individually (with the possible exception of the M-5), but as a group and some background on Muniz they will be. I certainly don't think anything should be removed from Wikipedia, Muniz was clearly important in establishing military aircraft production in Brazil and should have an article.
