Dtojarra/Ms Yunipingu
[edit]Hi, this article explicitly states that her family doesnt want to have her name spoken, "her family gave consent to her name appearing in text, but asked that her name is not spoken, and no image of her shown. She can be referred to as Djotarra or Ms Yunupingu." - citations included in article
The article features her photograph, which should be removed per Djotarra's family request, and I think that the name should be removed because individuals who are unfamiliar with this request which is place at the very bottom of the article may read her name aloud, directly disrespecting the wishes of Djotarra's family. Including a note of some kind in the name line may make sense, however I think not including her name and instead redirecting searches for her name to this page and labelling it Dtojarra/Ms Yunipingu would make more sense, given the manner in which the website itself is formatted. I hope that you consider my thoughts and act accordingly. Thank you.
The article's current english title is 'Gulumbu Yunupingu'
Again, thank you. 97.113.171.141 (talk) 04:07, 23 November 2022 (UTC)
- Or maybe G. Yunipingu for the article title? 97.113.171.141 (talk) 04:09, 23 November 2022 (UTC)
