[edit]MNSTC-I was commanded by LTG David Patreaus who is nominated to assume command of Multinational Force - Iraq Its headquarters is the Green zone in Baghdad, Iraq The Command stood up in 2004 and remains in operation. The command publishes a weekly news reference "The Advisor" which provides current information regarding operations.[citation needed]
