Mrs. Vanderbilt

[edit]

Just a bit of trivia, and I don't know where (or if) it should go on the page. The title has been "officially" typoed with an added "r" at least once. I have a Capitol Records cassette bought in California in the 80s or 90s, so presumably it's not an imported knockoff. It says "MRS. VANDERBILT" on both the inside and outside of the J-card, as well as on Side 1 of the cassette itself.

I own an original dog-eared 1973 or '74 vinyl pressing of the album and the title is "Mrs.Vandebilt". I assume it is a simple overlooked error in the typing? May be worthy of a mention in a note though?--Kieronoldham (talk) 01:51, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone know what Mrs Vandebilt Paul McCartney is referring to? I'm assuming Gloria Vanderbilt, who dated many of Hollywood's leading men in the 1950's and is the mother of CNN's reporter Anderson Cooper. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.156.224.223 (talk) 17:01, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This guy 107.215.236.170 keeps changing the credits list. The previous list has a reliable source (Bruce Spizer's book, which has a fine reputation) and the guy isn't providing any source or rationale for the change. I posted on his talk page (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User_talk:107.215.236.170) to ask for an explanation, but he hasn't replied. I don't want to turn this into an edit war. Any advice on what to do? Brettalan (talk) 04:08, 29 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Checked, and it appears to be good. Which I appreciate, as I was the one who originally added that link. Thanks. Brettalan (talk) 15:14, 6 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
