Which Mrs. Steven Rudy are we talking about here?

Does this song refer to a ficticious Mrs. Steven Rudy or does it talk about the wife of Kentucky Congressman Steven Rudy? I owned this song since 2001 and I wanted to know if it refered to an actual Mrs. Steven Rudy. GVnayR (talk) 03:36, 28 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
