Fair use rationale for Image:MrHorsepower.jpg
Image:MrHorsepower.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Tattoo
FYI, the tattoo in Raising Arizona is the Thrush muffler logo, not Mr. Horsepower. 216.175.120.172 (talk)
Just what I was going to say. The tattoo in Raising Arizona has no cigar. Looking at a close up, it actually looks like some bastardization of both logos. 12.216.240.130 (talk) 23:50, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
Hopefully, the edit I just made will take care of that.72.1.154.57 (talk) 21:13, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
Mr. Horsepower and Mr. Woodpecker
What on earth is this sentence? "Most importantly, Mr. Horsepower predates Woody Woodpecker and we entered into a voluntary agreement with Walter Lanz Productions so Woody Woodpecker could be registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office." Who's "we"? Why is we even being used?76.167.97.104 (talk) 03:36, 29 April 2015 (UTC)
- Good question. This was all recently added without a source, and written in a very POV style. The older version's been restored now, thanks. Grayfell (talk) 03:51, 29 April 2015 (UTC)
