I've visited this restaurant twice, and am happy to find the beginnings of a Wiki article about it. I've made the following edits:

I changed the title (and moved the article) from Moulin de mougins to Moulin de Mougins, because (1) "Mougins" is a town and should be capitalized, and (2) the restaurant is cited in the Wiki articles on Mougins, Nice, Alain Ducasse, the Hotel Negresco and others, and these links do not work unless "Mougins" is upper-case.

I've done some text cleanup, added links, and generally tried to polish the article a little bit. I hope it's only a start. Seduisant 19:26, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
