"published to be by Sony"?
[edit]Minor little detail, but I can't edit this with the PS3's browser's character limit. Should be "to be published by Sony". Scarslasher (talk) 08:16, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
Also, there will be returning vehicles, such as the Atlas Varjack and the Wombat Typhoon (which was crushed and destroyed by a monster truck). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.45.183.37 (talk) 23:14, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

Withdrawn patch
[edit]I think that some of the text added by the IP user can be re-added to the article and backed up with a citation from Sony's own site. The section that I think is OK for re-addition is the following (Last paragraph is an addition by me).
On 29 January 2009 a patch for MotorStorm: Pacific Rift was released in error within the European region. At the same time, the official MotorStorm website was updated stating that the patch had been released and detailed the fixes it contained. A few hours later, the patch was withdrawn from the European servers and the official website returned to saying the patch would be released soon.
Sony later issued a statement on the MotorStorm website confirming that the patch had indeed been erroneously released and then withdrawn, and advised users who had installed the patch not to remove it due to the patch modifying save game files.
The cite that would cover it is the following [1]

- That seems fine to me. Now if only the IP user could of written that in the first place! ChimpanzeeUK - User | Talk | Contribs 17:21, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
