Merge proposal
[edit]I think the Suppression of evidence article and this should be merged. Since there is a category of motions, I think this article's title should be the ultimate focus. Int21h (talk) 04:03, 4 December 2015 (UTC)
- Agree that they should be merged, but suggest the other direction, as Suppression of evidence is the broader topic. A motion to suppress is just one way in which evidence can be suppressed. Remember that categories can remain on redirects, so the association with the motions category won't be lost. Klbrain (talk) 17:42, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
