Finance chap (talk) 04:24, 12 April 2010 (UTC) The article is based on a dozen years of experience in analyzing mortgage risk and is factual, useful and unbiased account of an important and practical phenomenon of contemporary life. It would certainly benefit from being exposed to the public to improve and add, where seen fit, but its deletion will be a step away from promoting knownledge, especially on this demonstratably important subject, and only prolong public misinformation due to a lack of subsntial yet concise account of mortgage risk anywhere else on the Internet.[reply]
As I mention on the other page, please read WP:NOT. You might like to take a look at WP:N as well to learn what is required to prove notability. Saying "This is factual, useful and unbiased, important, practical" etc. is not enough, because then I (or anyone can say) "No it's not" and we're right back where we started. Please read the two guidelines I linked before continuing to introduce new articles. Simon-in-sagamihara (talk) 04:29, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
