Discussion of space suit waste management
[edit]In the 5th episode, on space suits, it includes the following rather memorable section:
- The condoms initially came in three different sizes: small, medium, and large. But few astronauts, whatever their real dimensions, were willing to accept they were anything but large. So NASA changed the categories. "We changed the names to large, gigantic and humongous. So large still worked." (quote from Don Rethke)
As this seems to have been discussed online in various places, I thought it useful to have it specifically mentioned here. I'm not sure whether it makes sense to include it in the article or not. JesseW, the juggling janitor 06:01, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
