There were no vilayets in 1528–1696. Vilayets existed in 1867-1922 (Vilayet Law). In the infobox refered vilayet of the Sanjak of Scutari of the Ottoman Empire. A sanjak is an adnimistrative unit within vilayet. The article needs correction. --Phailoteam (talk) 10:44, 6 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
