Add a title to your page of the name of the chemical. The ChemBox looks good. Can you please explain the picture in the Chemistry section? I am not sure what is happening in the "Chemistry" section. Can you get the image to display properly? I like the ideas for sections that you have listed, so if you can find information for them, I think they will work really well. Also, under applications, can you include more information regarding polyvinyl chloride (PVC), biocides, catalysts, and agrochemicals? The chembox looks really good! Especially with the chemical structure displayed, if the same thing could happen with the chemistry section again it would be really helpful in order to learn about the reactivity of the molecule. The background section of the page is really good but I would suggest trying to find more information about it if you can. Overall it's looking good. Some formatting issues: I'm unsure of what is going on in the chemistry section so if you could explain that on the page that would be great (unless the picture just got copied incorrectly; I'm not sure if there was a link intended to be in the 'See Also' section. If so, it is not showing up, so you may want to figure that out. Other than that, the chembox is looking good. Maybe try adding a ball and chain model of the chemical as well. Also, like I said on the other pages, the Sigma Aldrich MSDS sheets contain lots of extra hazard information that you could add to the chembox as well. The SMILES and InCHKey's are also easy to find in MSDS sheets to add to the identifiers section.Otherwise, as long as you have information to fill the blank sections, it should look very good.

The information in the article is excellent. To enhance the Glass Coating Section, you could use journal articles from SciFinder (I found several on the topic). Once again, try SciFinder to find the reactions. The Chemistry section is confusing and should be revised. Hi, I just came acress this article and I am afraid it hold several misleading information on the "Glass coating section". As I am not a native english speaker I am reluctant to change this, so here are some suggestions:

MBTC is used for coating glass containers, but not solely. There are other alternatives also widely used such as SnCl4 and Ti-based coatings. The article furthermore "jumps" between MBTC and SnO2 coated glass. MBTC is never applied to the glass, it is always SnO2. The MBTC decomposes and only the SnO2 is applied to the glass. This is written in some parts of the section, however in other parts the wording is misleading, like "MBTC is applied on the external surface of these containers, and then, the glass is annealed and coated with polyethylene". Furthermore, the cold end coating is not always PE, it can also be e.g. a polyvinyl-alcohol or other alternatives. As this has nothing to do with the MBTC, I suggest to delete this part.

The section "These glass-making processes heat raw materials (sand, soda-ash, limestone, and recycled glass) to produce molten glass. The molten glob is cut into smaller pieces of uniform size, and are then pressed in a mold" is very misleading.

a) There are much more components to a glass

b) cullet (recycled glass) is not always used

c) What is meant by "smaller" pices? This implies that bigger pieces are existing in the beginning. Better maybe: "After refining and conditioning of the molten glass, a gob is formed. This gob is transfered to forming molds and is formed into a pre-form, a so called "parison" by pressing or blowing. Subesquently, this parison is blown to a container and coated with an adequate hot-end coating". But this is certainly to long and not subject of the article, so please can anyone shorten or change it? But the present formulation is misleading.
