This article is unuseful. It should redirect to stamen or orchidaceae. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Aelwyn (talk • contribs) 08:31, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
- It also contradicts Orchidaceae about whether the primitive orchid had one or three stamens. I'd probably say we should redirect to wiktionary (or transwiki, or whatever the procedure is - I'm not saying the text currently at Monandrous is worth keeping). Trying to turn Orchidaceae or Stamen into a long list of term definitions is not likely to be good for those articles. Kingdon 13:56, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
What about in humans? Among my gay friends, monandrous is a preferred substitute term for monogamous. Ydhirsch (talk) 03:31, 10 November 2022 (UTC)
- If that's right, then that detail should be included in the article monogamy. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, not a dictionary, so things are grouped according to what they are, not what they're called. dummelaksen (talk • contribs) 21:21, 15 November 2022 (UTC)
