Date of birth/age
[edit]I've just removed the birth date claimed in the article.[1] The article gave 14 June 1972 with a ref that read, "In an interview for the October 2006 ELLE Canada, Parker stated that her birthday is in the middle of June, without specifying a date. She explained that the July date stems from an IMDb mistake that she had been trying to correct." (Immediately before my edit, another editor changed one instance to 30 June.)
IMDb, of course, is not a reliable source for biographical data. Whatever it says is moot. As for the vague reference to an interview with ELLE Canada, I was only able to find one interview. The article does not mention her birth date or trying to fix an IMDb mistake (which would be an odd thing to discuss in an interview...). The article is undated, so I do not know if it is the source referred to (Thanks, ELLE!)[2] If anyone can find a reliable source, have at it. - SummerPhD (talk) 01:54, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
- Going through some of the claims:
- Probably most reliable to follow TCE's approach and simply state June 1972, which covers most available sources, until somethine more reliable appears. Dl2000 (talk) 01:01, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
- On further digging, she did seem to accept birthday wishes in a 30 June 2014 tweet, as a primary source. Dl2000 (talk) 01:33, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
How many seasons?
[edit]This doesn't quite make sense, does it?:
- ...she appeared in the role for three seasons, earning a Primetime Emmy Nomination for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for her performance in the fourth season.
