Colleague User:Pylambert added information [1] that Moisei Rafes was a member of the 1917 Russian Constituent Assembly[1] . Unfortunately, Colleague User:Pylambert has not been active since 2013. So there is no point in asking him for clarification. If anyone has access to this book "Bunyan, James; Fisher, Harold Henry (1934). The Bolshevik revolution, 1917-1918: documents and materials. Stanford University Press. p. 735", it would be very helpful if you could provide the exact quote here. Since according to Russian sources (see, for example, here) Rafes was not elected to the Constitutional Assembly, just as not a single member of the Bund was elected, unlike the more conservative members of the Jewish National Election Committee: Julius Brutzkus, Oscar Gruzenberg, Yaakov Mazeh, Naum Syrkin (1878—1918) (not Nachman Syrkin (1868–1924)), Naphtali Friedman, Jacob Bernstein-Kogan and Wladimir Tyomkin.
