[edit]@Jonardondishant: could you please explain this where you have removed the article from the Tai History category? Moidam is a Tai cultural relic and it has a historical significance. It is definitely not Hindu/Indian. Chaipau (talk) 13:57, 24 June 2022 (UTC)
- i'll come on that, but is the giving maidam a universal thing among the other tai groups, or is it just the ahoms? Jonardondishant (talk) 15:02, 24 June 2022 (UTC)
- Burial is common to Tai groups. Hindus cremate, they do not bury. Please be careful of your POV. Chaipau (talk) 17:05, 24 June 2022 (UTC)
- Other tai groups are mostly Buddhist, there is a difference between buddhism and ahom religion, just because of their ethnicity is it ok to put as tai history? So does other tai's do the same as ahoms, do they build a raised mound, put up some valuables there or built a chamber to keep the body? Jonardondishant (talk) 03:51, 25 June 2022 (UTC)
