Modeling Chocolate is not a single product from a single company, in fact, I'm not even sure if you CAN buy it from a single source. It is something that cake makers make themselves from two simple ingredients for which there are thousands of brands names for. I'm no expert on the subject of modeling chocolate, but I wanted to know what it was and there was no entry for it on wikipedia so I did some research and created this page to get things going. I'm hoping that someone who knows more will update it with more information. The information I supplied, however simple, has been verified.
You should cite your sources on the main page and make certain you mention its importance in the world of cake-decorating. I know I've heard it mentioned numerous times on, for example, the show "Ace of Cakes" on the Food Network, and I don't think this is advertising. Try to expand the page and cite sources, and it would probably be a reasonable article. Falard20:22, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
