Weird wording in "traditional preparation"

Under the traditional preparation section of this page, in bullet point 2, it says "The work involves two people, one pounding and the other turning and wetting the substance the mochi." Proposal to Add a Link to My Mochi Recipe in the "Mochi" Article

Hello, I recently wrote a detailed recipe for Mochi titled "[recette mochi]," which explains how to make Mochi using traditional ingredients. Wikipedia is not here for you to promote your website or activities. Are you an acknowledge world renowned expert on the manufacture of mochi? If not then your link in't suitable.
