- Define "MoDOT"
- "as part of a larger project with a cost of $836,300 (equivalent to $14,236,459 in 2017)." I'd say, the source says that money was distributed over 220+ miles of roadway, of which MO 103 is just a fraction.
- The parts about Skyline Dr. could be more clearly written to indicate it meets both ends of Skyline.
