Toni Costa
[edit]THere are incorrect statements concerning Toni Costa. There was a top 10 at Miss USA that year, not a top 12, and Toni Costa was NOT in the top 10. She was a non-finalist..not "Top 11" as stated. Also she was NOT crown Miss HI USA twice. She was first runner-up and the original winner was over-aged but allowed to keep the title & compete at Miss USA. Toni Costa then reurned the following year to re-compete and won.
