The Study Of . . .
[edit]Now see... I would have taken the word "misology" and interpreted it as "the study of hate/hatred". But that's just me. .`^) Painediss`cuss (^`. 05:36, 18 March 2009 (UTC)
What does this have to do with fundamentalism?
[edit]Greg, there is no mention of fundamentalism in the text of the article, so why do you insist that this has to be so categorized? Mangoe (talk) 15:16, 18 January 2013 (UTC)
- You removed this category from "theological veto" too. I'm not sure you are clear on what religious fundamentalism is. Rejecting logic, and relying on revelation, preaching, scripture is a defining characteristic of religious fundamentalism. Both of these topics are clearly, and directly related. It would seem to me that even a person who embraces religious fundamentalism would agree with this and stand by it proudly. Greg Bard (talk) 15:53, 18 January 2013 (UTC)
Well the fundamentalists do (or at least try to) apply logic in theological debates so fundamentalism is fideism and not necessarily misology. 86.45.226.161 (talk) 17:27, 8 February 2017 (UTC)
