False Advertising Allegations
[edit]A national advertising campaign that Dahlberg, Inc. ran for Miracle Ear from 1988 until mid-1993 was subject to charges of false advertising by the Federal Trade Commission, which were settled in 1995 when the company agreed to pay a $2.75 million civil penalty.

I strongly believe this should be included considering they took the time in the company history section to mention how in 1993 the product was capable of performing everything claimed in advertising. I feel this is only half the story and an obvious lie of omission. The article should point out it took until 1993 to have a product that was capable of doing what the previous product was falsely claimed to have done since 1988.
I lack the skills to properly edit and document Wikipedia pages. I am hopeful somebody with the proper skills and experience will be able use this information and format it properly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.235.68.109 (talk) 00:36, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
