Why on Earth was this labeled as a LGBT manga? Noel is not transgender or transexual; he only dresses as a girl because it was the only way he could attend the same school as his sister, as there were was no more room for male students. There is absolutely nothing in the manga that hints or proclaims that he is transgender. He is just cross-dressing as a disguise and as a plot device.
