Preparing review
[edit]Some clarifications are needed for the following:
- Franciscan monks are mentioned, but without any context whatsoever. Reading the sourced link, I see they were selected by the city, to handle the fine Macklowe paid. This is interesting but needs to be reworded for clarity.
- Similarly, Lenox Hotel is mentioned without any context.
- Lede possible should mention that Highgate is now managing it; the reference needs fixing, so that it doesn't suggest Net, Hospital as the author;
The images/captions are freely licensed and relevant. References are correctly formatted (except for the Hospitality Network mentioned earlier)/texts are sourced.
I directly made three additional grammar fixes and added some wiki links, have a look to see if those make sense. All in all, another compelling article and read! PS I was curious if the critical reception quote "art of the deal" had anything to do with Trump: The Art of the Deal given the overlap in timing/real estate. Once the three points I made above are addressed, then this article is ready for GA status. ~ 🦝 Shushugah (he/him • talk) 00:16, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
- @Shushugah, thanks for the review. I've addressed all three points that you raised. Regarding "art of the deal", I agree with you (that it is pretty likely to be a reference to Trump's book), since they are both NYC developers, but it would be a little ironic since Trump and Macklowe are rivals. – Epicgenius (talk) 13:29, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
