U.S. Army usage

The U.S. Army uses both “camp” and “fort” as designations for its installations. I have the feeling that a “fort” is probably a more important installation, but it would be nice to know exactly how the Army distinguishes the two. Wschart (talk) 15:49, 31 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
