"the Werewolf"

I want to note that the nickname "Werewolf" ("Оборотень") was given him not because of his notorious brutality, but because he was a police officer. In Russia, there is an idiom which can be directly translated as "a werewolf in shoulder straps" ("оборотень в погонах").
