Smith was one of the best known drummers of his era and had significant activity outside Paul Revere and the Raiders including an acclaimed experimental album. His band mates (Revere, Lindsay, Levin, Volk, others) all have individual Wikipedia pages. Multiple sources have articles about him including an AllMusic bio. Thoughts on sufficient notability?
