Notability

I'm not sure that Mayerske is notable, or if it's even possible to write a complete article about him. I went looking for sources after expanding Bruce Polen. Mayerske takes over for Polen in June 1984; Franchione is named permanent head coach in December. Mayerske is interim head coach for six months and coaches nine games. Perusing Newspapers.com he seems to have been primarily a high school coach; that he coached college had more to do with the fact that he was already in the area and Pittsburg had a vacancy. I didn't see any articles that were really about him; usually a coach rates a couple profiles with useful background details. Mackensen (talk) 20:06, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
