Deprecated fields

Hi MarnetteD, you recently removed two fields from the infobox on this page, explaining that they were deprecated. I'm curious, why is birth name a deprecated field? Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 23:33, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Per the documentation for the field "only use if different from name" - it is only meant to be used in situations like Michael Caine or Kirk Douglas. If you feel the need to restore it that is fine per WP:IAR. MarnetteD|Talk 00:01, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
