Where is this?
[edit]Hi. There appears to be no mention of where this place is? It is in Israel as they state but is it part of a town or a village or even a neighborhood, or in a city in history? Was the synagogue situated on the water at one time? It leaves the article very difficult to decipher. It is probably where the article's fix needs to begin to happen... regards... - It is an archaeology site. I added Coordinates to the article. Hanay (talk) 13:00, 21 April 2017 (UTC)
Wrong, POV title
[edit]The name of the article need to be change to Magdala Synagogue. Hanay (talk) 13:06, 21 April 2017 (UTC)
- @Zero0000: The site is called Magdala, was apparently known by this Aramaic name when it was inhabited, is called Magdala by the excavators and owners, so why "Migdal Synagogue"? Just to make it more "Hebrew"? What's wrong with an authentic ancient Aramaic name? PS: Josephus refers to it by the name Taricheae. Arminden (talk) 12:03, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
