Shaw Tower

[edit]

Just a "pedantic" comment, the company is registered as Shaw Towers, but the building itself is known as Shaw Tower, without the s. See link. The name Shaw Tower is also indicated on the building. However, it's ok with me. Thanks. —Sengkang 05:45, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello again. It is awesome to see improvements done on the article. The infobox which is handy for roads is located at Infobox Road. Why is there a section named notes and a section named references? The article as is stands today is 1,442 words in length or 7,567 characters with no spaces and 8,964 with spaces. The lead paragraph could contain such concepts as WP Lead:
  • Context - Road designates major roads intended for travel by the public between important destinations, such as cities, or communities. Country main roadways are located in the locaaion geographical land area.
  • Characterization - Notable unique characteristics and characteristics commonly associated with it. Paved, gravel, divided, truck route, bridges, south-north, west-east, freeway, road, highway, Length, Formed, Direction; From-To, major cities/communities, Etymology and history .
  • Explanation - briefly introduce the contents which may utilize the main subsections.
  • Compare and contrast - Comparison (similarites) and Contrast (diffferences) to other current or defunct transportation methods.
  • Criticism - road construction and soil type and highway - road repair, upgrades, future expansions or divisions, animal crossings, police patrol and highway markings, speed limits, ditch construction or railings, environmental or weather hazards.

Good luck with your article! —Preceding unsigned comment added by SriMesh (talkcontribs) 15:02, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

??? The "Notes" section is used to display the specific details of the in-line citation that were derived from the books mentioned in the "References" section. This is common literary practice. I've already expanded the lead paragraph according to the context of the article in my previous edits. u are most welcomed to expand or rewrite the lead paragraph if you think it can be improved further. Thanks! -- Aldwinteo 17:24, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
