[edit]- Seems I added this on AfD just as the discussion closed, so I'm moving here for reference - Keep but requires some work. A google search shows it's been around at least 9 or 10 years minimum. Most hits are from articles on (or websites of) the artists who've shown their work - but the calibre of artists is of a very high, international level in most cases. The most relevant actual press I could find was from CRUMB - a well-respected site out of the UK discussing new media curating: http://www.crumbweb.org/getInterviewDetail.php?id=25. This interview with one of the organizers establishes some notability. For me, the problem lies more in the fact that - if it's regionally notable, or even notable in Asia, it becomes difficult to establish notability from a Western pov. I would eliminate the listing of artworks shown - this shifts each year, and was likely edited/updated in advance of the festival last fall as a promotional tool. The yearly list of artists is non-notable, unless a specific event generates press. The other difficult point is that, in most cases, the organizations that promote art may be important, but it's thankless work and therefore it's the artists themselves who receive the press, despite the notability (or not) of the venue.
