Header needs update

I just want to point out that the stable release in the header summary box is out of date, as version 6 was released this summer. I would do it myself but I don't know the exact build number. Ultrarob (talk) 20:42, 24 October 2011 (UTC)

It is Wiki like this but devoted to Axapta.

The following links were wiped:

Several of these are useful to Wiki readers, trying to locate good, relevant links from Microsofts own system is completely hopeless, even Google does a better job on the Microsoft website than MS does itself. What you find at microsoft.com is a huge collection of hype and marketing before you get to the real meat such as the links above that were deleted in the article. This indiscrminate deletionisms of external links is redusing the usefulness of Wikipedia. --12:50, 30 March 2006 (UTC)

Links to commercial entities (especially Axapta resellers!) are spam and should be deleted (and I've done so).

Links to the third party sites I'm not so sure about. Some are certainly useful but who is to judge which...? I haven't removed any more, or put any back.

Additional content and cleanup

Added links to MSDN for AX 2009, MS doc is getting good nowadays for AX. Added sections for versions, features and architecture as well as more references. I would like to add/expand the IDE SDK overview sections.

Added a sub-section for code samples and a section for presence on the web. Added a Dynamics template for easier navigation accross member software.

MDCC

Those removing MDCC without discussing the removal first, please present your arguments here. MDCC is and has been essential to the development of AX and belongs in the history section of the article. Gatesasbait (talk) 15:42, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
