Added Redirect from Microfluidic Device

[edit]

Unless someone wants to write an article based solely on devices I thought this was prudent. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Beefstuinit (talkcontribs) 07:43, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

External Links - I am including a link I think is important to this field. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.223.41.186 (talk) 22:17, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you'd like to add in a section about a commercial product, the only acceptable way to do that according to wikipedia policy is to write about it in the article, or to start a new article about the technology. Simply adding a link to the "external links" section isn't a good way to do this. Please see WP:EL. You could start by making a new article on CNC micromachining, for example, and then an article on this specific company. But just adding a link to the bottom is only spam.--Cubic Hour (talk) 09:59, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I appreciate the advice. I will look into an article and a new section on the fabrication of microfluidic structures using CNC machines.Jackheald (talk) 21:34, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

This seems like a bad idea to me. First of all, it's not done anywhere else on wikipedia. Secondly, why single out this one particular student out of thousands in the field. Third, it seems like just a lazy excuse by minitech to get an advertisement on the page anyway possible. --Cubic Hour (talk) 09:40, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Article needs majour work

[edit]

So, I think I might take on the task of re-writing part of the article by using information from my university lab paper.

Where would I save a temporary page? Sans Nom Reeves (talk) 00:15, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 3 external links on Microfluidics. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

Unexpected section

[edit]

Paragraph 1 contains the statement "Most of the knowledge in this field comes from the experiments of Prof. M. Molaei with help of E. Pandeh which are mostly questionable in terms of validity and scientific value", recently added (Feb 2017). This does not seem to be backed up by anything else in the article and (as far as I can see) not by the reference cited directly after it. Please could someone take a look at this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.82.172.48 (talk) 15:28, 7 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
