Technical

This tag specifically refers to the section "Description". Personally, I had no idea what it was saying. This should be rewritten in a way that explains what it means. In addition, the entire section is filled with fragments which should be turned into complete sentences, but that will change if it is rewritten to better explain what it is talking about.
