Internet hunting?

[edit]

The phrase "internet hunting" needs to be explained

I added the definition of internet hunting, by the way you should always sing your posts by using four tildes. --Karrade 23:41, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Photo

[edit]

Are official congressional photos public? If so, this is a link to hers. http://www.senate.michigan.gov/gop/senators_headshots/McManus.jpg I'm not really sure where they fall. Thanks.

Office Period

[edit]

Michelle is no longer in the Michigan Senate. The page needs to be updated.

This is the current incumbent for the 35th District:

Over-reliance on one non-independent source

[edit]

This article relies too heavily on her Senate biography (now archived) prepared by her office and published by the Senate Republicans. This is not an independent source. Additionally it shades the truth when its "facts" are compared to those same facts as reported in The New York Times. Two examples: Her senate bio says over half-a-million signatures, while the NYT reports approx. 400,000 signatures. The bio says "overturned the Governor's veto", when in fact the governor was bypassed by using a different process, initiative. No veto was overurned. See the NYT article. Based upon these imperfections in the source, it would be appropriate to replace citations to the Senate bio with those from independent reliable sources. --Bejnar (talk) 16:48, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
