I tagged this article as needing clean-up because the lead section has extra information about this person having the nickname "Angel of Death", but there is no explanation for how he acquired this name in the rest of the article, even though, in translation, the headline of a cited source uses that name. See MOS:LEAD for purpose of the lead. It provides an accessible overview for an article. Information in the lead should be in the body of the article, too.
