Michael Stefano → Michael Stefano (porn star) — Michael Stefano the porn star may or may not be better known and a more popular search than Michael Stefano the trainer and published author, but it results in a situation where a Google search shows the porn star only. I know from personal experience that this raises the question for some searchers whether the trainer and published author is in fact a pornographic actor as well. - Oppose for now. Michael Stefano gets over 3,000 hits per month. Michael Stefano (trainer) is an unreviewed article only a couple of weeks old with almost no hits yet; I'm not sure he's even notable, since there are no reliable third-party sources as references. In any case there's no evidence the actor is not the primary topic of these two, so we shouldn't inconvenience thousands of people by redirecting them to a dab page where they don't want to be. The hatnote on Michael Stefano avoids any possible confusion between the actor and trainer. If the trainer's article remains and becomes popular, we can always revisit this in a few months. - Oppose. I did a little cleanup and research on Michael Stefano (trainer), and there do appear to be a number of reviews of his book in reliable sources, so he may be OK for notability. However, it is not Wikipedia's role to fix any problems he may have with search engines due to sharing a name with someone else. From the results I got, it seems very unlikely that the trainer will displace the "actor" as being the primary topic for the name. Hatnotes on both articles are justified, but not a move. --RL0919 (talk) 22:55, 19 December 2009 (UTC)
